How much floor a species actually needs, and which bedding is safe to breathe.
Ordering and delivery
What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Free on orders of ₹999 and above, otherwise a flat ₹49 anywhere in India. We pack within 1–2 business days in Hyderabad and transit runs 3–8 business days — three to five days to a metro, five to eight days further out. Door to door, plan for 4–10 business days.
How can I pay?
UPI in advance, or Cash on Delivery. Cards are not accepted — no credit card payments, no debit card payments, and no PayPal.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed and texted to you on the day of dispatch. Courier scans can lag a day, especially over a weekend.
Returns and problems
Can I return something I have changed my mind about?
Yes, within 10 days of delivery, provided it is unused and still in its original packaging with the invoice. Full conditions are on the Refund and Returns Policy page.
What if it arrives broken or does not work?
Film the unboxing, then tell us within 48 hours. We replace it or refund it in full and we pay the return shipping. To be clear about what that is: a replacement route for an item that arrived damaged or dead, not a six-month or manufacturer warranty, and we do not claim to offer one.
Housing rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters
How much space does my pet need?
As a working minimum: about 0.7 m² of floor for a pair of guinea pigs, 0.5 m² for a Syrian hamster with depth to burrow, and considerably more than any indoor cage for a rabbit, which needs run time as well. Every habitat listing gives its floor area.
Which bedding is safe?
Dust-extracted paper or hemp. Avoid pine and cedar shavings — the aromatic oils irritate small airways — and avoid fluffy ‘cotton wool’ nesting material, which wraps around limbs.
Do they need a hide?
Yes, and one per animal. A prey species with nowhere to hide is a stressed animal, and stress in these species shows up as fur barbering and illness before it shows up as behaviour you notice.
Do you sell rabbits, guinea pigs or hamsters?
No — supplies only. Adopt locally where you can see the animal and its housing, and where somebody can tell you its age and sex.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No — we are online only, with no walk-in counter. Everything is packed and dispatched from our Hyderabad, Telangana workspace, and we answer during Open Mon–Wed & Fri–Sat: 9:00 AM–9:30 PM | Thursday: 9:00 AM–8:00 PM | Sunday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
